I ♡ Macro August 07, 2011

I borrowed this from my son for this weeks I Heart Macro picture.  A family friend gave it to him a year or so ago.  I'm not sure if it was once attache to a piece of furniture, a gate, or what, but I've always liked it.

I also wanted to share some pictures of what my sister gave me for my birthday.

I really like these colors together!
It's a little terra cotta bird for my garden.  It's so cute!

  7. The color and texture on that lock are amazing, beautiful metalwork. The earthy colors of the scrollwork on the bird is beautiful as well, great shots!

  10. I have a lock very smiliar to that one and it even has the skeleton keyy with it! I would never have thought about getting a picture of it, thanks for the idea! I have a group of about 5 of those type of birds. They are so sweet! Nice photos.
