I Heart Macro June 12, 2011

This weeks macro shot is of a beautiful, old, blue and white tin that resides in our home.  I love the color and the pattern on the tin.  It reminds me of a set of dishes that my grandmother-in-law had.  I've been thinking about cutting it up for jewelry, but every time I start to, I decide it's just too pretty to cut up.

  1. I would have trouble cutting that pretty tin up, too. Then again (it would make very pretty bead caps!) LOL...just kidding. Nice photo.

  6. I agree with Lois, at first glance I thought it was a photo of moving deep blue water! Very creative and beautiful tin!

  7. Cool shot. At first I was thinking it was a pond or pool and then found out it was a tin. The tin is awesome and a great idea for a macro shot!
