Good morning!
It's time for the Art Jewelry Elements Earring Challenge reveal, thrown together style!
I'm not happy with them, but I managed to throw together two pairs of earrings today and take pictures (also not happy with), just in time for the reveal. Sorry to whine, but my day job is kicking my butt with overtime right now.
AJE Earring Challenge Wk 37/52 – For this pair of earrings, I used a lovely pair of shiny, red lampwork beads made by pinocean (Mika Collins), suspended from 20 gauge, dark annealed, steel wire teardrops.
AJE Earring Challenge Wk 38/52 – For this pair of earrings, I made my own art bead/components using Vintaj brass blanks that I embossed with my Vintaj Sizzix BIGkick
Machine. These are hanging from Vintaj brass chain with wire wrapped Swarovski crystal butterfly beads dangling at the end of the chain.
Please visit the Art Jewelry Elements blog for the blog hop and visit the AJE earring challenge Pinterest Board to see the wonderful earring creations posted by the other participants.
Enjoy your week!
Both pair are wonderful but my favorite is the red pair.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Alice, the simple elegance of the first pair with that pretty pop of red are gorgeous!! But I like them both too!
ReplyDeleteI like them both, very partial to first pair, & the fabulous red lampwork!
ReplyDeleteI especially love the simplicity of that first pair, it really showcases the lampwork! I love the peanut chain for the other pair as well.
