Good morning! It's time for the Art Jewelry Elements Earring Challenge reveal!
I have really enjoyed participating in this challenge! Besides the fun of being challenged to create a new pair of earrings each week (which shouldn't be that difficult, but sometimes it is), I have seen so many wonderful earring designs posted by other participants and I have discovered people who make lovely and inspiring components that can be used to make earrings!
AJE Earring Challenge Wk 35/52 – For this pair of earrings, I used a
lovely pair of green, etched lampwork beads made by pinocean (Mika
Collins). These are suspended from hammered Vintaj brass buttons with
purple waxed linen. The buttons have more purple waxed linen strung
through the holes and are suspended from handmade ear wires with Vintaj
brass chain.
AJE Earring Challenge Wk 36/52 – For this pair of earrings, I used a
beautiful pair of Kristi Bowman's square, copper Ammonite earring
charms. These are wire wrapped with jasper rondelles, pink sari ribbon,
bone rondelles, ceramic disks and purple czech glass beads.
Please visit the Art Jewelry Elements blog for the blog hop and visit the AJE earring challenge Pinterest Board to see the wonderful earring creations posted by the other participants.
Enjoy your week!
