AJE Earring Challenge Weeks 1 & 2

I'm so excited that I was able to sign up for Art Jewelry Elements Earring Challenge!  I've been making jewelry for over ten years and I have mainly focused on necklaces and bracelets for previous challenges that I joined.  I do love making earrings and since I've been putting in long hours at work, I thought this challenge would be a great way for me to remain creative, even though I have limited free time.  I will have to increase my stash of art beads and components though :-)

Here are my earring entries for the first two weeks.

Week 1: Beautiful etched lampwork beads made by pinocean and hammered Vintaj Artisan Copper blanks

Week 2: Clay charms made by Karen Totten (Starry Road Studio) wrapped with dark annealed steel wire.

Visit the AJE Earring Challenge Pintrest Board to see wonderful earring designs posted by very creative and talented people.

  1. I love your earrings! Those pinocean beads are darling, and I love Karen's sweet charms. I was so happy to sign up for this challenge as I love making earrings (instant gratification).
